The Coming Out Proud (COP) State Steering Committee recently made a submission to the Tasmanian Social Inclusion Commissioner Professor David Adams. 

The submission demonstrates that as a minority group the incidence of positive discrimination leading to exclusion is at a substantially higher level in the sexually and gender diverse community than in the mainstream of the Community.
